The BioCarburante Company is excited to announce that Brian Goebel has joined the team as Senior Advisor, Finance & Strategy.
Brian brings more than 35 years of senior financial leadership to TBIOCC, including his most recent role as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Republic Services Inc. (NYSE: RSG), a Fortune 300 company. During his tenure, Brian collaborated across departments to lead external reporting, capital markets activity, risk management, and major M&A efforts—including the $2.2 billion acquisition of US Ecology. He also helped oversee a $750 million insurance captive portfolio, working closely with internal teams and outside partners.
Brian has played a leading role in taking four companies public and has held senior positions at Waste Services Inc., AutoNation/Alamo National, and Coopers & Lybrand. His expertise in capital strategy, structuring, and financial systems will strengthen TBIOCC’s team-based approach to scaling the business. He will support group efforts around fundraising, company structuring, and implementing CFO-level systems that ensure long-term success.
